Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is a summary for convenience. Your purchase may also be governed by the applicable agreement: Digital Product Agreement and/or Consulting Agreement. In case of conflict, the relevant agreement controls.

1. Digital Product — Smooth Landing (€349)

Smooth Landing is a digital product and is non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been granted.

Due to the nature of digital content (immediate access and the inability to “return” it), we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Exception: If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., corrupted file or access failure), we will fix the issue or re-deliver the product promptly.

2. Consulting Package — Germany Ready (€5,500)

Germany Ready is a premium consulting service with scheduled calls and personalized planning. Because services require reserved calendar time and individualized work, refunds are limited.

Germany Ready is non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Service commencement includes any of the following:

If you request cancellation before the service begins, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing fees and any work already performed.

3. Concierge Package — White-Glove VIP (€8,500)

White-Glove VIP is a high-touch concierge-style execution program. It includes reserved capacity, ongoing support, and structured execution planning.

White-Glove VIP is non-refundable once onboarding or execution work has begun.

If you need to reschedule calls or adjust timing, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate where possible, subject to availability and program limits.

4. Statutory Rights & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

Where applicable, by purchasing digital content and/or requesting immediate performance of services, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost once digital content is delivered/accessed or services are fully performed (to the extent permitted by law).

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to be fair. In rare situations, we may grant a partial refund or alternative resolution at our sole discretion. Any such resolution is exceptional, final, and does not establish an obligation for future cases.
