Consulting Agreement

This Consulting Agreement governs all one-on-one consulting and coaching services provided by New Life in Germany. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Services include personalized guidance, informational support, strategic orientation, and coaching related to relocation to Germany and selected European countries.

2. Nature of the Relationship

The relationship between client and consultant is that of independent consulting and does not constitute a legal representation, employment, or agency relationship.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients remain fully responsible for all applications, document submissions, and deadlines.
• Clients must ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to the consultant.
• Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable German and international laws.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive for excellence, no guarantees are made regarding visa approvals, residence permits, employment contracts, housing availability, or specific relocation outcomes.

5. Communication & Availability

Depending on your package, communication may occur via video calls (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet), email, or written summaries. Response times typically occur within 48 business hours, though this is not a guaranteed SLA.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

7. Fees & Payments

All fees are due in full and in advance. Consulting services or scheduled calls will only commence once payment has been confirmed.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are excluded once consulting services have commenced (this includes the delivery of digital materials or the completion of a scheduled call). Cancellations of calls must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. New Life in Germany assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from relocation decisions made by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

All custom roadmaps, call summaries, and proprietary documents provided during the consulting process remain the intellectual property of New Life in Germany and are for personal use only.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of New Life in Germany.
